The company OIL TERMINAL SA Constan\u021ba announces the payment of dividends related to the financial year 2018 starting on June 7, 2019 (payment date) to the shareholders registered on May 17, 2019 in the Register of Shareholders of the company kept by DEPOZITARUL CENTRAL SA Ex-date date established by the General Assembly of the Shareholders is May 16, 2019. By Decision no. 5 of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of April 24, 2019, the amount of the gross dividend was set at 0.00007858 lei\/share.<\/p>\n
