The ex-date set by the General Meeting of Shareholders is May 18, 2023. By Decision no. 9 of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of April 27, 2023, the value of the gross dividend was set at 0.00318066 lei/share.
Dividend tax will be calculated and withheld by Societatea OIL TERMINAL S.A. from the gross dividend in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, and the shareholders will collect the dividends at the net value.
