The company OIL TERMINAL SA Constanța announces the payment of dividends related to the financial year 2020 starting on June 7, 2021 (payment date) to the shareholders registered on May 18, 2021 in the Register of Shareholders of the company kept by DEPOZITARUL CENTRAL SA Ex-date date established by the General Meeting of the Shareholders is May 17, 2021.
By Decision no. 2 of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of April 26, 2021, the amount of the gross dividend was set at 0.00276217 lei/share.
The dividend tax will be calculated and withheld by the OIL TERMINAL Company, from the gross dividend and paid to the state budget, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, and the shareholders will collect the dividends at the net value.
